Race Numbers

All entries made on or before the Tuesday 24th September should be receiving race packs in the post this week. If you do not receive it by the end of the day on Thursday 3rd October please get in touch with us on [email protected]

If you entered on or after the Wednesday 25th September you will need to collect your race pack on the morning of the event from the event village. To collect them you need to make your way down to the registration desk between 7:00am-8:10am on Sunday morning.

You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed from the Information desk. Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Without your chip you will not receive an official time, there will be a £5 charge for lost chips payable on the day that will go to the event charity.

If you have any queries please get in touch on [email protected]

Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

When you collect your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

The car park is located next to the start and finish line and we therefore recommend leaving any belongings in your car. There will be an informal baggage drop located within the Event Village. If you wish to use the baggage drop, please collect a baggage label from the information desk and attach it to your bag before handing it in.

You will need to show your race number again when collecting your bag to ensure each bag is reunited with its rightful owner.
